One of our project managers will visit your home and let you know if FlipGreat can help you make more money than you would by selling your home as-is.
Step 2
Together we will determine your home's as-is value. To do this, we consider your home's current condition, any needed repairs, and recent sale comparables in your area.
Step 3
We will present you a simple, transparent offer including the as-is value you agree with, our expected renovation budget and timeline, the expected sale price, and your expected homeowner bonus.
Step 4
Using our expertise, time, and money, we will efficiently and cost-effectively repair and renovate your home in line with current trends. Our goal is to quickly maximize your home's value and earn you the highest possible homeowner bonus.
Step 5
Once our renovations are complete, we will help you list your home for sale. At the close of escrow, you will get the agreed to as-is value of your home PLUS 50% of the value we created from the renovations.
